Performer, songwriter, music arranger, digital recording engineer, and creative mind: Stan Stewart thrives on variety. As an emeritus member of Wing-It! performance ensemble and a current member of Anita Bondi & Co., he continues to look for new outlets for his improvisations--like Alligator Mouth Improv. He is a certified leader in InterPlay and also has studied improvisation with Listening Unlimited (Chery Cutler and Ran Huntsberry) and with several members of Voicestra (Bobby McFerrin's ensemble). Current projects include PULSE (a developing form of trance dance co-created with Anita Bondi); recordings of original neo-romantic works for a variety of instruments--pipe organ to oboe and piano; and a set of arrangements of original songs.
