Getting Juicy Workshops

Through collaborative and individual play, movement metaphor, free-writes, and many improvisation-based exercises, a Getting Juicy workshop opens new pathways in the body and the brain for ideas to flow.

Not just for artists, these sessions are for anyone who wants to unblock, let loose, and be more alive to the possibilities available in every waking moment.

Sessions can be designed to last anywhere from three hours to three lifetimes. Since these techniques are best learned through real-life application over time, the most effective model is a day-long intensive followed by monthly brush-ups and quarterly deep dives.
