Performances

Starting from some thread of an idea and drawing on theatre, movement, vocals, music and storytelling, we weave whole universes, all created in the moment. From evening-length theatre performances to keynote addresses, annual meetings, and community-building events, we use audience stories, themes and ideas to create one-of-a-kind performances. More info.

"I felt so included in the process. It wasn't just the audience input, it was more the communion I felt with the other audience members." - Keith Cooper, audience member

AMI Improving Organizations Through Improvization

Workshops for Organizations

Increase trust, improve communications and ramp up organizational effectiveness -- using the tools and techniques of improvisational performance. Highly engaging and fun, these workshops use examples from participants' lives to make new skills easy to apply back in the workplace. More info.

"A great opportunity to get to know each other on a non-business basis." - Douglas R. Johnson, Sr. VP, Chemung Canal Trust Company

College and School Residencies

As guest artists, we can visit classes and offer extra-curricular workshops that teach kindergarten through college students to use creativity-in-the-moment in everyday situations. Or we can dive in deep, and guest direct a production! We'll teach your students to perform improvisationally, then take the stage with them in an evening-length performance or multi-night run. More info.

"I learned how to use my gut onstage and really access my emotions and the deepest part of my creative self." - Chelsea Bentley, student participant
